Animal Whisperer Trust – Return & Refund Policy

At Animal Whisperer Trust, every contribution directly supports our mission to sterilize, vaccinate, treat, rescue, and protect animals. Because funds are allocated immediately to ongoing welfare work, all purchases and payments are non-returnable and non-refundable.


1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

All purchases, bookings, donations, and contributions are final.
This includes:

  • Merchandise (T-shirts, bags, framed photos, catalog items, etc.)
  • Event passes, raffle tickets, and fundraising items
  • Mobile veterinary services, bookings, ambulance calls, and pet relocation fees
  • Digital content, appointments, or online bookings
  • One-time or recurring donations

2. Reasons for Our No-Refund Policy

a) Funds are deployed immediately to animal welfare

Payments are directly used for but not limited to:

  • Sterilization and vaccination drives
  • Emergency rescues and medical treatments
  • Medicines, supplies, and ambulatory care
  • Food, shelter, and rehabilitation etc

Once allocated, funds cannot be reversed.


b) Charitable trust compliance and accounting standards

As a registered charitable trust, every received payment is recorded and earmarked for welfare activities.
Refunding or reversing contributions is not permitted once accounted for.


c) Limited-batch or made-to-order products

Most merchandise is produced in small quantities or per order.
Items cannot be restocked or resold, making returns impossible.


d) Service bookings require advance resource allocation

For vet visits, ambulance services, or pet relocation, we schedule:

  • Doctors, nurses, drivers, or handlers
  • Medical supplies
  • Transport resources
    Once allocated, cancellations or refunds are not possible.

e) Donations are voluntary and non-commercial

Contributions are made voluntarily to support animal welfare and are not treated as commercial transactions.
Therefore, they cannot be refunded.


3. Exceptions (Only for Genuine Payment Issues)

We may review cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Accidental overpayments
  • Technical or banking errors

If verified, these may be resolved in line with compliance regulations.
