As part of the team at UAWS Pune and a core surgeon for Dr. Animal Whisperer, he actively performs high-volume sterilizations, vaccinations, and field surgeries under the ABC (Animal Birth Control) program.
His training includes exposure to small and large animal care, exotic animal management, and reproductive health at institutions like the Lion & Tiger Safari (Shimoga), Central Poultry Development Organisation, and Livestock Research Centres across Karnataka. Dr. Swaroop is a highly qualified veterinary surgeon based at Jeeva Pet Hospital, Bangalore, with advanced training from Veterinary College, Hassan (KVAFSU), where he earned both his B.V.Sc & A.H and Master’s degree in Veterinary Surgery and Radiology. He is a trusted surgeon for Dr. Animal Whisperer, specializing in sterilization, soft tissue, and orthopedic surgeries.
His clinical work is backed by national-level recognition, including presentations at ISVS and TANUVAS, and he is a recipient of the Bayer Fellowship for excellence in life sciences. Known for his precise surgical technique and strong ethical standards, Dr. Swaroop ensures every procedure prioritizes animal safety and welfare.
Dr. Arshad is a Veterinarian, specialised in Veterinary Public health and Epidemiology. He is passionate about preventive medicine and zoonoses, his inputs will be of value for reducing the frequency of diseases in animals.
